STAGES OF FORMATION
ASPIRANCY is a period where the applicant is introduced to the basics of the OP Molo life and is screened for admission.
POSTULANCY is the first stage in the initial formation period which includes one year of observation, reflection, and clarification of the candidate's motives, aptitudes and values in the light of the Gospel. The candidate is helped to form an accurate judgment of her vocation and to prepare her for a change from secular life to a life proper for entrance into novitiate.
NOVITIATE is the second stage in the initial formation period, referring to the two years of probation and gradual adaptation in the religious life to experience the charism of the founder with a view of making a commitment to the congregation.

TEMPORARY PROFESION is the third and longer stage in the initial formation. The five to nine years of spiritual, doctrinal, apostolic and professional instructions are focused on broadening and stabilizing the formation. The young religious is accompanied towards the attainment of maturity required to assume a definite commitment as a consecrated person.
PERPETUAL PROFESSION is a period of ongoing and wholistic formation to intensify spiritual growth throughout religious life.
